George Strait has announced that he will visit the Reliant Stadium in Houston during his spring and summer tour this year. The tours kicks off on May 9 at Hidalgo (TX) and visits 18 other cities including Cincinnati (OH), Virginia Beach (VA), Calgary (Alberta) and West Valley City (UT) before culminating in Houston at the Reliant Stadium on August 8. Strait shares the stage with Sugarland and Julianne Hough at the last show in Texas. This is going to be his first full concert performance in Texas since his last concert in 2001. Strait’s latest release "Troubadour," which was released last April debuted at No. 1 on The Billboard 200. His single, "I Saw God Today" from the album is his highest-debuting single ever. Straight won his first Grammy for this album for Best Country Album.
