03/08/2009

Glenn Tilbrook is undertaking a rigorous tour to promote his first new album in five years and his first full recording with The Fluffers - 'Pandemonium Ensues' which is due for release on Quixotic Records on Feb 23. US leg of the tour begins at Farmingdale, NY, on March 18 and visits 14 cities around the eastern half of US including Fall River, MA, Chicago, IL, Pittsburgh, PA and Philadelphia, PA. The tour ends on April 3 in New York, NY, at the Highline Ballroom.

Glenn Tilbrook who is famous as the co-founder of the band Squeeze has been pursuing a solo career since the unseemly breakup in 1999. He formed another band, The Fluffers with keyboardist Stephen "Lord" Large, bassist Lucy Shaw and drummer Simon Hanson and they have been performing together since 2003. However, 'Pandemonium ensues' is their first album together, and only recently was their first single 'Binga Bong' from the album released, and is now available on Tilbrook's MySpace page.
