Sara Bareilles, the Grammy-nominated singer/songwriter is continuing her immensely popular tour into 2009 after taking a holiday break through January. The tour restarts on Feb 11, at Alexandria, VA, and hits nine other cities in the US and Canada, including Annapolis, MD, Toronto, Ontario and San Francisco, CA and ends on March 11, at Los Angeles, CA. Her website claims that more shows are likely to be added to this tour. She is accompanied by the popular singer/songwriter Tony Luca on this tour. The tickets for tour have been made available to the public since mid-December.
Sara Bareilles has seen increasing success since her debut 'Little Voice' which made it to the US Top Ten list. Since then, the song has been is nominated for awards in the Song of the Year and she herself has been nominated for the Best Female Pop Vocal Performance category at the prestigious Grammy awards.
